Coming from a good Band 1B secondary school in Hong Kong with a solid but not exceptional academic record, M.Y. set himself a clear and ambitious goal: to study Medicine at the prestigious University of Hong Kong (HKU), knowing their conditional offer was a demanding 4A*. After securing a place at a top independent school in Cardiff for his A-Levels, he was quickly confronted with the significant jump in difficulty from GCSE when a topic test in Biology resulted in a B grade. Interview方面, Reagent導師都非常之有心, 寫咗十幾頁常見嘅問題同建議, 另外每次同我prep完都會加返可以改善嘅地方, 建議都非常之實際 例如我成日好多廢話, 導師叫我要一針到肉 直講重點同加返D停頓, 同埋必要時加番啲專業名詞同引用GMC guidelines 令我可以更加stand out! 每次prep interview 就算超時, 導師都唔會介意, 好為學生著想 最後英國都攞到2間offers!
